How we work
1) Initial consultation – Free of charge
We hold an initial free consultation where we can discuss your general requirements, and allows you to ask any questions you may have. We will send you a questionnaire to fill in, and once returned, we will ring you to further clarify any significant points and discuss whether your overall needs are roughly achievable within your budget, and the cost implications of various design and print finishing options.
2) Commission of ideas – £250
In order to spend the necessary time creating and developing unique and original concepts for your stationery, we require a one-off initial payment which will be credited towards any stationery order you place with us. Using the information we have gathered from you, we will supply you with our thoughts, ideas and exact costings, whilst always keeping your budget in mind.
3) Begin design process – 50% deposit
Once the exact price and specification have been agreed upon, we require a 50% deposit of the quoted total, from which the initial £250 commission fee will be deducted. We will provide visuals, paper samples and updates as the job progresses to ensure you are happy with the developments taking place.
4) Approval of artwork – Remainder of payment
Upon completion and approval of all artwork and designs, the remaining total of the quotation is due. Upon receipt of this payment we will send all items into print and production, and ship them out to you as soon as they are ready.
