All designs are copyright of Acushla Creations unless otherwise stated. Acushla Creations reserve the right to use any designed concepts and final items for marketing purposes on our website or promotional materials.
The initial consultation to discuss, hobbies, personalities, themes and ideas is free of charge with no obligation to buy.
A payment of £30.00 is required for the initial design process (concept development). This is non-refundable but is redeemable against the final cost.
After the concept development stage, should you choose to go ahead with any of the proposed ideas, contracts will be signed by both parties to confirm prices and deadlines. Design, photography and administrative time is priced at £30 per hour (unless otherwise stated) with a minimum spend of £450. There is no VAT to pay on any of our services or products.
We will not commence production and manufacture of the final items until written sign-off has been given by the client. Final PDF proofs can be provided at a cost of £20. It is the decision of the client to choose whether proofs are requested or not. The client is responsible for checking the proofs and ensuring all details are correct. Acushla Creations cannot be held responsible for any mistakes on the final items after approval has been given to print.
The remainder of the full balance must be made before the items are sent to print and production.
Please allow a minimum of 12 weeks form start to finish of the design process for delivery of the items.
In the event of the cancellation of a project, a cancellation fee will be paid by the client and will include full payment for all work completed, expenses incurred, and hours expended. The cancellation fee will be based on the prices outlined in the estimate. Any initial payments that have been received will be credited against any amounts due.
All personal data collected from the client will be held in confidence and will not be distributed or sold to anybody as per the Data Protection Act 1998.|
